  • Launched operational divisions: SiteOps for U.S.-based field services and StratOps for remote technical and geoscience support.

  • Secured core infrastructure, including domain registration, branded email, and a professional website.

  • Defined service focus on Phase I ESAs and stormwater compliance, with expansion plans into GIS, geosteering, geothermal, and subsurface modeling.
